Return & Replacement Policy

We take great care in packing and shipping your ceramic pieces. However, in the rare case of damage:

- Returns are accepted only for damaged or broken items received.
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Please attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- If approved, we will issue a credit note or a personal coupon of customer choice.
- Returns are not accepted for minor color or design variations, as products are handmade.
- No returns for used items or after 24 hours of delivery.
